All of the data submitted by participating employees under the Healthy by Choice Program is only accessible by Wellness Program Employees and is otherwise de-identified and aggregated. Healthy By Choice is a fully compliant Employee Wellness Program under the requirements and mandates of HIPAA, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act , the Affordable Care Act and the final regulations issued jointly by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
